Who’s behind Prestige Renovation Works?
Prestige Renovation Works is a shared trading name used by two individually registered Domestic Builders (Unlimited):
Kenan Hendek – DB-U 67766 and Vedat (Sam) Karatas – DB-U 71252.
All domestic building contracts are entered into directly with either Kenan or Vedat as the licensed builder responsible for your project. Their name and licence number appear on your contract and insurance documents.
